As part of the preparations for the London Winter Run 2023. Hoka EU hosted an athlete afternoon at their London headquarters where they invited all of their sponsored athletes into town. On this day they gave them a rundown of all of the marketing plans for the upcoming year, along with unveiling the new lines of products that would soon be coming for the athletes.

This was an opportunity to get all of the athletes in one location, and we took that opportunity to create a range of content with them throughout the day, all the following videos were shot on that day to try and make the most of having them there.

Above you will find an unboxing video for the new shoe the Clifton 9, of which many of the athletes compete in the shoes predecessor, and it was the first time they had seen this new shoe in the flesh.

Above we have three of the athletes reviewing one of the shoes the Rocket X2. The athletes had been running in these shoes for a little while, and the shoe has now launched to the general public as well, these pieces of content were created to give an expert opinion on the new shoe, and hopefully give some assurance of the quality of the product.

Above we have three athlete interviews, one of the struggles that these athletes face is a lack of exposure when it isn’t Olympic season. The aim of these is to get to know the athletes more, make them more personable, and hopefully increase their stature as athletes and thus public figures.
